A Jewish wedding cameraman falls in love with a Klezmer clarinet and pretends to make a documentary to spend time with it. His false project leads to real trips through Eastern Europe to seek lost Klezmer melodies and the remains of Yiddish culture. Documentary-fantastic hybrid.
